On Nov. 7 at 4:35 p.m. CT, Blake Shumate will discuss how to “Create a First-class Customer Experience,” as part of a panel moderated by American Shipper Research Director, Eric Johnson. Jon Slangerup will lead a session titled “The Rise of the 4PL” at 11:40 a.m. CT on Nov. 8.
